Are all your products authentic?
Yes! 100% of our products are genuine and authentic. We source directly from authorized distributors and verified suppliers. Every smartphone, accessory, and electronic device comes with original packaging and manufacturer warranties where applicable.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept MTN Mobile Money payments. Simply send your payment to 0555707094 (Bismark Amankwah) and provide your MoMo number during checkout for verification. We also accept cash on delivery for local orders in Koforidua.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location:
- Koforidua & Eastern Region: Same day or next day
- Accra & Kumasi: 1-2 business days
- Other Regions: 2-3 business days
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for defective products. If you receive a faulty item, contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+233 555 707094) with proof of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Please note that products must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
Do you provide warranties?
Yes! Most of our products come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty periods vary by product and brand (typically 6-12 months). We also provide our own shop warranty for selected items. Contact us for specific warranty details on any product.
How do digital downloads work?

Do you ship outside Ghana?
Currently, we only deliver within Ghana. We serve all 16 regions with fast and reliable delivery. International shipping may be available in the future – stay tuned!
